The Numelock II Osteotomy System implants and instruments facilitate the performance of opening/closing wedge high tibial and distal femoral osteotomies. 

The system’s unique polyaxial locking mechanism allows versatile adjustment in the range of screw trajectories through a broad continuum of positions.

This mechanism can be targeted to meet the requirements of many osteotomies around the knee and to help correctly situate the plate with respect to the patient’s anatomy. 

Each individual locking screw is accurately positioned to address the configuration of the osteotomy site and resulting bone segments while providing high stability and protection against primary and secondary losses of reduction.
